Our manufacturing process integrates the finest quality certified raw materials, with state-of-the-art equipment and stringent quality control procedures, at every station on the line. All manufacturing and warehousing is conducted in a hygienic and controlled environment.Our infrastructure include four numbers of ultra compact PET Preform injection molding machines which delivers an output upto 6000 preforms per hour in a compact package. moreover, we are equipped with other six small injection moulding machines to cater small preform market.we also have ISBM machines (nissei asb) for producing ayurvedic bottle, liquor bottle and PC bottle for special clients. beyond all these we got several varient of hangers to support the garment and carpet industries for their packaging.Our facility have installed three Plastic bottle cap hydraulic molding machines which are equipped with a whole set of hydraulic reciprocating transmission which is characterized by stable transmission in mold lifting, low noise and easy operation. And has an output of 300 caps per minute. The output being of high quality and stable. Sophisticated machines for cap folding, cap slitting, plastic cap lining are also a part of our infrastructure. our cap printing machinery gives closures better look and unique identity for our customers.Our bottle manufacturing unit uses fully automatic PET multi-cavity blow molding machines which assures non contaminated product, because of automation in uploading and processing of preforms, and automation in picking of finished bottles. Owing to the machine’s high degree of automation, high production efficiency, high safety, high stability and reliability, the products can be matched up directly with the production line of filling and can be widely used in production of mineral water, aerated beverages, liquor etc.
